About Me (sszneocities@gmail.com): I am a guy. Made this webpage (ssz.neocities.org) and web-apps with the help of AI (mostly Grok) and old-school html know how. As a teen I took up html as a hobby; everything has changed since then so I am relearning as I go. I've enjoyed creating web-apps with AI, playing Synthonico and creating music / gif reels which you can watch by pressing the play button next to the title of my page here. I think my years of experience with using software gives me an insight on how to develop unique controls that are suited to my fitting.

About My Apps: My apps are all web-based, meaning they use your browsers built in functions to handle most of the doings. Additionally, they are mostly client side, meaning you don't actually upload anything to my site. This should be obvious when adding files to programs like Audio Adjustor, Gif Galvanizer or Video Variator there is no wait time because your computer is doing all the work internally. I find it fascinating just how much we can accomplish using only HTML, JavaScript and Windows. AI certainly helps push the boundaries.

About Text Forge: Text Forge is a text editor with unique features. Using a canvas with perspective it allows for dramatic font editing. During the growth of Text Forge it gained the ability to make simple web pages and export them (using them as its file type). Text Forge (like most of my apps) is an ongoing project. With Text Forge especially the possibilities are broad but the results are varied.

About Designeer: Designeer is a CAD like drawing app at heart but has an extensive list of tools for every day users. Some of the custom tools I built for Designeer, and the way they function, may be exclusive. I must admit I am quite proud of Designeer. I learned alot while making it. It scales everything properly even when cross referencing metric to imperial (hopefully).

About Synthonico: The spawn of my web-app adventure. Synthonico is a web-based synthesizer. Using math and code it produces the same effects and controls most keyboard and synthesizer users are used to. Being a web-based audio software it has limitations. Given, Synthonico is not as robust as most audio software because it is writen with JavaScript. The unique keybinding creates a learning curve, but users proficient with a PC keyboard (especially the numberpad) may find that Synthonico is very playable. After countless hours of develpoment it has shaped into a quite capable app. Synthonico has quietly become a suite of functions, capable of applying a broad range of effectors to samples, record and create samples, record and play back notes automatically within the sequencer, and produce entire compositions using the record and track controls. Limited in scope however by the audio capabilities of our browser, and our system to work with our browser.

About Math Marines: A game that I swore I played at some point but could never find it otherwise. So, I recreated it from what I remembered. Serving as both a distraction and math tutor, it has potential for a story, progression and even word scramble mode.

About Time Tabulator: Timers can be found to be quite useful outside of just telling time. Since each timer can trigger sounds, I added some different tones and the ability to upload custom ones. This allows users to use Time Tabulator as a loop machine.

About Audio Adjusto: Audio Adjusto allows users to quickly trim, fade, adjust speed and add silence to audio files. With the zone editing function users can edit all or portions of the audio files; covering the majority of casual audio editing needs. Now with riSErs!

About Video Variator: After many hours of development, it has a functional suite of controls that allows for quick and easy video editing. Exports are stable on my end but the videos lack keyframes for seek. Otherwise they look good.

About Gif Galvanizer: My latest creation. A gif maker that uses images to create animated gifs. Not nearly as extensive as some makers like Ezgif but capable enough for casual needs. While it cannot accept anything other than images yet, Video Variator can extract images to use if needed.

Much credit to Grok, Copilot, Ezgif and Neocities for helping make my web-app adventure fun and productive.

Special thanks to the makers and keepers of Lord of the Rings Online for sparking my interest in playing music through a computer keyboard (which ultimately resulted in Synthonico).

Credit to Free WaVe Samples for hosting many of the single wav samples used in Synthonico.
